Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has reportedly made it known that he wants to bring one of Real Madrid's big stars to the Premier League.

For a long time, Guardiola has been a fan of German technician Toni Kroos.
Unfortunately for the Spaniard, he arrived at Bayern Munich while Kroos was embroiled in a contract dispute with the Bavarians' chiefs, and consequently coached the 2014 FIFA World Cup winner for only one season before the then-Germany international departed for Madrid.
However, it seems that their paths could potentially cross again. According to The Hard Tackle, the 52-year-old still harbours dreams of coaching the playmaker again, and the sentiment is believed to be reciprocated by the midfielder.
Kroos' contract at the Santiago Bernabeu expires at the end of the season and there is a rumoured eagerness for the European champions to bolster their squad with the Greifswald native.
The same report claims that the Mancunians are willing to pay the 33-year-old a massive €15 million (R298 million) a season in order for him to spend the tail end of his career at the Etihad Stadium.

The five-time UEFA Champions League winner has remained non-committal to continue playing beyond his time with Los Blancos, but perhaps the possibility of once again playing under the ex-Barcelona manager will prove too good an opportunity to pass up.
