The Siya crew has been led to believe that Mamelodi Sundowns supporters will get their first look at one of their new signings who is ready to feature in the matchday squad.
The Tshwane giants will be back in action next Wednesday when they take on Stellenbosch FC in the MTN8 first leg semi-final and indications are that South American striker Arthur Sales could get his first taste of action in front of the supporters at Lucas Moripe Stadium.

After missing out on the quarterfinal clash against Polokwane City a fortnight ago, Sales has secured his work permit and looks set to form part of the matchday squad.
Having Sales as an option is a big boost for head coach Manqoba Mngqithi, especially because new signing Iqraam Rayners will not be available for selection. Rayners, who has been selected in the preliminary Bafana Bafana squad for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Uganda and South Sudan, is cup tied and will not be able to be in the matchday squad against his former side.

He played for Stellies in the quarterfinals against TS Galaxy, which rules him out of playing in the same competition in the colours of Sundowns. The inclusion of Sales gives Mngqithi the option of starting the South American upfront, or having him come on as an impact player who can make a difference for the team.
Kobamelo Kodisang is another new signing who could get an opportunity to feature against Stellies.
