The story
Old School's foray into football fanwear has now seen them paying homage to the 90's Bafana Bafana era and the legendary Doctor Khumalo with a new collection of jerseys.
Titled the "The Old School X Doctor Khumalo jersey" the design references Bafana's famous 1996 Africa Cup of Nations Kappa home jersey, with 16v's iconic number 15 on the front and back.
"The #15 jersey isn't just a number — it's a symbol of excellence, resilience, and South African football history. Worn by the iconic Doc Khumalo, who inspired a nation, it's a story woven into every thread. Now, it's your turn to wear the legacy," wrote Old School in promoting the release of the jersey on Instagram.
Khumalo himself models the collection with a group of models, showcasing both the short sleeve and long sleeve versions of the jersey that are priced at R1 999 and R2 499 respectfully.
