The story
After enjoying a memorable debut season with Masandawana, Lucas Ribeiro Costa is back in Brazil for some off-season down time.
With some time left in the off-season break, the Sundowns star has dedicated both time, money and resources to support the underprivileged.
Costa, who managed 19 goals and nine assists in the 2023/24 season, made sizable food donations to underprivileged families in Santa Helena, in the Northeast region of Brazil.
The baller was accompanied by his friends and filled up the back of two bakkies with food parcels to give away, much to the appreciation of the people in Costa's community.
