The story
Midfield general Teboho Mokoena has been taking a breather at a popular European tourist destination, visiting the picturesque Greek island of Mykonos.
Mokoena, who enjoyed a memorable 2023/24 season with both club and country, made sure to pick a destination that's tranquil and far away from the busy life he lives here in Mzansi.
The Masandawana star tends to vacation in the Middle East and even took a post-Africa Cup of Nations breather in Dubai. This time, Mokoena opted for a top European summer holiday destination.
Mykonos is known for its one-of-a-kind architecture that sparkles in white, Exceptional beaches, award-winning restaurants, legendary parties, expensive yachts, dreamy villas, and luxury hotels among other things and annually hosts the super rich, ranging from athletes to movie stars and artists.
Mokoena shared a short clip of him chilling poolside with a beverage, blocking out the Mykonos sun with some shades and taking in the heavenly views.
He was also seen at the Super Paradise Beach Club, an experience that promises a "luscious Mykonian experience of fine dining, divine relaxation and dancing under the sun," as mentioned on their website.
