The story
Like his teammates Teboho Mokoena and Lebohang Maboe, Grant Kekana has picked out a popular overseas destination for his off-season vacation.
The 31-year-old defender was crowned as the 2023/24 PSL Defender of the Season on Sunday evening, outshining Orlando Pirates' Tapelo Xoki and Stellenbosch's Deano Van Rooyen to clinch the prize.
Kekana enjoyed consistent 2023/24 campaign with both his club and national team, tasting success by winning the African Super League and DStv Premiership with Downs, as well as a bronze medal with Bafana Bafana at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in the Ivory Coast.
For all his efforts on the pitch, the baller is treating himself accordingly during this off-season as he visited the Italian capital of Milan.
The former SuperSport United man seems to be on a baecation with his girlfriend, as the pair were seen taking a long romantic walk in the city.
Kekana and his bae were also spotting taking in the Milanese countryside views on the Frecciarossa high-speed train ride, with the baller also feeding pigeons outside the Milan Cathedral.
