The story
Cape Town City assistant coach Lebogang Manyama got involved in a good cause that will help feed a host of families in Alexandra during the harsh winter cold.
The recently retired baller partnered up with a South African food rescue organisation, SA Harvest and the Alexandra Men@Work consortium to hand out food parcels.
Manyama was seen alongside a line up of food parcels that were handed out, with the former Chiefs star sharing a short video of the food, which included fresh bread loafs being handed out and a group picture of the families who benefitted from this food drive:
"One of the greatest gifts from God is the ability to impact people's Lives in different ways. Never ever take it for granted. A Special thank you to @saharvest and @menatwork16 for all the support in our fight against poverty," wrote Manyama in the caption to his IG post.
Manyama received love from Itumeleng, Siphiwe Tshabalala, Tristan Moses and Aubrey Modiba for his charitable efforts over the weekend.
