Despite creating Al Ahly's first goal and scoring their second during their 5-2 loss against Mamelodi Sundowns, Percy Tau has been lambasted by a legend of the Egyptian giants.

This past weekend, the record African champions suffered their second heaviest defeat in CAF Champions League history when they succumbed to the DSTV Premiership table toppers in their Group B clash.
The Red Devils' fate in the competition is now out of their hands as they have to win their two remaining matches against Coton Sport and Al Hilal, and hope that the Brazilians are able to thwart Florent Ibenge's men in Sudan.
While Ahly had an abysmal showing at Loftus Versfeld, Tau seemed a bright spark against his former side, but former left-back Sayed Moawad has called for the South African winger to be more consistent for his club.
"Although Percy Tau played a good match against sundowns, he shouldn't play only one good match throughout the season that was against his former club," the 43-year-old said on ETC TV, as per King Fut.
"If Tau's performance continues like this, he will be a big addition to the Reds."
The 61-time capped Egyptian international also lambasted Marcel Koller for poorly preparing for their clash against Rhulani Mokwena's men.

"Koller had to prepare the players physically well and give them a good rest before the Sundowns match," Moawad added.
"The Reds conceded goals from a long ball game, the fourth and the fifth goals came from catastrophic defensive mistakes.
"The only good thing that Al Ahly did was when the team put the pressure on the Sundowns defense, and succeed to intercept the ball, and then Mohamed Sherif scored the first goal."
