The story
Sea Robbers star Monyane showcased his spoils from his latest bit of influencer work as he continues to improve his personal branding.
The 24-year-old, who's been nursing a hamstring injury since January, took to Instagram to show off the cologne sent to him by Italian fashion brand, Diesel.
Diesel has a well respected fragrance line and Monyane received a bottle of their 'Only The Brave Eau de Parfum', which is valued between R950 and R1 890.
Monyane tagged brand influencer agency and communication strategist, Styling Concepts to his Diesel post, which insinuates that they might have secured the work for the player.
Although it's not clear whether the Pirates star works with the agency in any shape or form, aligning himself with such companies could score him more brand work for the near future.
The adidas athlete also has a partnership with Steve Madden South Africa and with his brand-positive social media presence, Monyane puts himself in the right frame to attract companies to work with him.
