Prior to the president declaring the COVID-19 a national disaster, log-leaders Kaizer Chiefs were looking ahead, eager to turn their form around as their last league fixture saw the Soweto side suffer a 1-0 loss to AmaZulu FC at the Orlando Stadium.
The win for AmaZulu however, saw them move one position away from the relegation zone.

Meanwhile Mamelodi Sundowns capitalized on their defeat and secured all three points in the Mother City against Stellenbosch FC, cutting the gap at the top to just four points.
Orlando Pirates were also left disappointed in their last league game, after they draw 0-0 with Golden Arrows in KwaZulu Natal.
SuperSport United were able to overtake Pirates to third position on the Absa Premiership standings, after they secured a 2-0 win over Highlands Park in their last game.
Now, with just under 10 matches to be played in the Absa Premiership, it remains to be seen when domestic football will resume and if so, how the log will look once complete.
