Ajax Cape Town midfielder, Phathi Sacolo, is believed to have attracted interest from University of Pretoria, with them possibly looking to make a move for him this month.
Sacolo, 23, has struggled to break into Roger de Sa's first team since joining Ajax at the start of the season, with his own injuries and the club's impressive start making it difficult for him.
However, it appears that he may get chance to play elsewhere in the PSL this season, with Tuks' Sammy Troughton thought to be interested in acquiring his signature.
Sacolo signed a two-year deal with Ajax when he began life at Ikamva back in June, meaning that the most likely option is for him to make a loan move rather than seeing money cross hands in a permanent deal.
The versatile midfielder was plying his trade with IKF Varnamo in Sweden last season before moving to Ajax, however opted to return to South Africa rather than sign a new contract in Scandinavia.
