Ritchie had a successful season with Bloemfontein Celtic on his return from a short spell with Czech side, Slavia Prague, last year.
The former Kaizer Chiefs defender made 18 starts for Siwelele in their 2014/15 Absa Premiership campaign.
According to Siya crew sources, the left-back has been interested in a move to Gauteng for family reasons.
"Keegan Ritchie is on his way to Mpumalanga Black Aces. His move to the club is as good as done. Celtic and Aces have been in contact about the player and his imminent move," a source told the Siya crew.
Lehlohonolo Nonyane has been the first choice left back at AmaZayoni, with 23 starts for the 28-year-old last season.
Mzivukile Tom, who made eight league starts for the side last season, is on the list of outgoing players from the club.
The club's other left back is Aubrey Modiba. Modiba was promoted to the first team from the club's youth ranks in January.
