Kaizer Chiefs' Terrible Form Sees Them Down The Absa Premiership Table

Komphela On Chiefs' Injury Crisis
The Amakhosi face Cape Town City in the Western Cape this evening as they look for their first victory on the road since beating Bloemfontein Celtic back in April, and their only win since the beginning of May came when they beat Bidvest Wits on the last day of the 2016/17 campaign.
Pressure is growing on Steve Komphela as his side struggle for points, and are currently 13th going into tonight's encounter with the Citizens after drawing with Celtic and losing to SuperSport United.

Chiefs have picked up a lowly six points from the last 24 available to them in the Absa Premiership and even a win over a City side that has won every game under Benni McCarthy will only take them as high as eighth.
During those last 10 games, Komphela's side has scored nine goals and can take some positives from the fact that they have managed to find the back of the net in both league games this season even if the results didn't go their way.
Kaizer Chiefs have won just one of their last 10 games in all competitions stretching back to last season, and desperately need to get back to winning ways this evening.
