Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that midfielder, George Lebese has handed himself to authorities following allegations involving the 26-year-old.
The Siya crew revealed earlier today that Lebese has allegedly been accused for physically hitting his girlfriend and damaging her car.
This was after local media reports surfaced in the media on Monday, February 9, that a PSL player had been accused of assault and malicious damage to property.
Chiefs have since released a statement confirming the news. The statement on the club's official website read, "Kaizer Chiefs have been informed that George Lebese has been accused of being involved in an incident.
"The player has handed himself over to the relevant authorities and the matter is being attended to."
