Orlando Pirates have received a major boost ahead of Saturday's Nedbank Cup final against Wits with news that defender, Happy Jele and winger, Tlou Segolela resumed training today.
As reported by the Siya crew yesterday, the duo were scheduled for assessments today to determine the extent of their injuries.
However, Pirates PRO, Mickey Modisane, now tells the crew that the assessments will be done on Wednesday.
"They both trained with the rest of the team this morning. They will be assessed tomorrow (Wednesday), and we'll know then if they are ready to play in the final," said Modisane.
"Chances of them playing against Wits are looking good, but we'll only know for sure tomorrow," added Modisane.
The Nedbank Cup final will take place at the majestic Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, May 17.
The game will commence at 15h00.
