Soccer Laduma revealed this morning that Chippa have lodged a formal complaint to the Premier Soccer League regarding their recent league game against Golden Arrows.
Following their 1-0 loss against Arrows on the weekend, Chippa confirmed that they were left unhappy with some of the decisions that were taken by the match officials in that game.
However, Koutroulis has since thanked the PSL and its acting CEO Mato Madlala for cooperation on the matter.
"It's true that we sent the letter to the PSL through Mrs. Mato (Madlala). Yesterday, Mrs. Mato forwarded the letter to SAFA. Yesterday, we received a response from SAFA, from Mr. Peter Sejake saying that he has received the letter in his office and that when there is a review committee meeting it will be looked at.
"Mrs. Mato took it upon herself to help us with the matter. I don't know who gave you the letter, but I can never deny the truth that the letter was indeed sent. I feel the need to explain because my name has been mentioned. The PSL CEO has been helpful in the matter, as we received response from SAFA yesterday already. Chippa United is very happy that through the help of the PSL and its CEO we got immediate response from SAFA," Koutroulis told the Siya crew.
