Adrien Rabiot will become a free agent when his contract expires on Monday, and Sky Italy has reported he has chosen to join the Old Lady.
It is believed that the 24-year-old has agreed personal terms with the Serie A champions and will sign a four-year deal.
The Frenchman had also been linked with the likes of FC Barcelona, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur after rejecting a new deal at PSG.
Since rejecting a new deal in December, Rabiot has not featured for Thomas Tuchel's charges after being dropped out of the squad.
Rabiot looks set to become Juventus' second signing for the 2019/2020 season after the arrival of Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal on a free transfer.
