SuperSport United were on the receiving end of an upset in the Nedbank Cup after going down 2-1 to third division side, Dondol Stars.

Hunt raised a few question marks over his selection, he played veteran striker Thamsanqa Gabuze in defense, which prompted SL's readers to criticize the experienced coach for underestimating his less-favoured opponents.

Here's what they had to say on the "SuperSport Suffer Shock Nedbank Cup Elimination" story:

"One thing about Nedbank Cup, it never disappoints!" says Patti.

"Someone had to humble him but I never thought that it would take a 3rd division team to oversee the process," says Shikabala.

"That's the consequences of undermining lower division teams and fielding your weakest players, you will get a bitter pill to swallow," says maphuthamamiane92.

"Hunt looked down on Dondol, that's why he has been knocked out," says matemane.

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has laid out the details for why they've been inconsistent this season.

Amakhosi haven't won more than three games in a row this season, showing that they've struggled to go on winning runs. Mangethe pointed out the team's injuries as the main source of their inconsistency.

Here's how the fans responded on the "Zwane: Sometimes It Looks Like We Don't Even Know What We're Doing" story:

"Ja look, the type of football you want to play doesn't exist," says Saavedra.

"That's what happens when you sign taxi drivers from another country," says crronaldomphoza.

"Injuries and suspensions are scenarios that we talked about at the beginning of season when they were dilly dallying to sign players that they will try to hide behind them. We even mentioned that, let them forget about winning anything with this thin team, and they didn't listen," says matemane.

"You have had ample time with Chiefs' management, technical director Molefi Ntseki, and Kaizer Jnr, by signing players during the off-season and not enough was done, you played many games without a natural striker before you signed Caleb and it was pressure from us supporters, we still need quality players, otherwise forget even the Nedbank Cup and next season too!!" says user827808.
