Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has detailed reasons why they have not been consistent this season.
Chiefs have been finding it challenging to go on a sustained winning run, as they have not won more than three games in a row this season.

Zwane says the reason they have been struggling to combine a long chain of victories is because they have been blighted by injuries every time they win one or two consecutive games.
"I think we have been unfortunate when it comes to injuries and consistency this season, simply because whenever we get to the third game or second game we'll lose a very key player due to injuries or unforeseen circumstances," Zwane said in a press conference ahead of their Nedbank Cup last 32 clash against Maritzburg United.
"So we've been very unlucky and unfortunate when it comes to that and then you have to reshuffle the team again, if it's not suspension, as I've alluded. It's a worrying factor.
"And it looks like sometimes we don't even know what we're doing in terms of our starting eleven or who we want to play, because we keep on changing," he said.
Chiefs recently announced that Khama Billiat has been ruled out of the rest of the season, as he will undergo surgery on a torn groin muscle. Joining Billiat on the treatment table is Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, who has also been ruled out for three to four months with a thigh muscle injury that will also require surgery.

Amakhosi also recently lost Reeve Frosler and Dillan Solomons from injuries sustained in the same match against Royal AM and will both be unavailable for at least over a month.
"We lost two players in one game, we lost Caleb (Bimenyimana), we lost Keagan (Dolly) in the other game, he was out. If you can look at it from the beginning of the season one in Richards Bay in Durban, one man down," Zwane continued.
"Then we went to Cape Town, one man down because we lost Yusuf (Maart), so now we have to reshuffle the team again. It has been the story of our season, we have been unfortunate with that.

"We can't obviously focus on that, we have to focus on the positives that we've done so far. Those positives have worked for us and we'll keep on doing that, go for corrections most of the time and we know that we'll eventually get it right," he added.
Chiefs will face an unpredictable Maritzburg United on Friday in a crucial Nedbank Cup round of 32 clash.
