John Maduka will be looking to continue the revival of Royal AM when they make a short trip to Golden Arrows for a Nedbank Cup last 16 tie on Saturday afternoon.

Royal AM are unbeaten since Maduka was re-appointed in a period of five matches in all competitions and took their form further after beating Sekhukhune United 2-0 last weekend.

Thwihli Thwahla booked their spot in the last 16 of the tournament after beating Cape Town City on penalties following a goalless draw in extra-time.

Arrows, on the other hand, have been blowing hot and cold, with their 3-2 win over Kaizer Chiefs papering over the cracks of three defeats in their last four league matches.

The other positive aspect of Abafana Bes'thende's season so far is that they reached the last 16 after edging Motsepe Foundation Championship side Pretoria Callies 2-1 in extra-time.

The sides have already clashed twice in the DStv Premiership this season, with Royal AM winning both matches against their KwaZulu-Natal rivals.
