Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has opened up on how important the break was for Amakhosi, as they prepare for another Betway Premiership match in Polokwane this weekend.
Amakhosi did not travel back to Johannesburg after the clash against Richards Bay on Wednesday, which they won 2-1, and will take on Royal AM, who are probably at a disadvantage going into the clash tomorrow.

Royal AM were dealt a big blow on Tuesday evening when Golden Arrows arrived late for their clash. A match that was supposed to start at 19h30 kicked off at 21h00, as Royal AM squandered a lead to end up losing 3-2 to Arrows.
They now have to travel to Polokwane against an Amakhosi side that will be fresh from not travelling back to Johannesburg.
"We are going to play the second game here. We have decided not to go back to Johannesburg and stay here and put ourselves in the best condition to attack the game on Saturday against Royal AM. That shows the importance and seriousness we are giving to each game," Nabi told media after the match at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Monday.

"It's true that the break has given us the opportunity to improve a lot of things technically (and) tactically, but as well to put the morale of our players in the right direction and it has helped us. Even though the gap of the score (against Richards Bay) was not that big, we believe that the performance was way better."
Chiefs moved up to sixth place on the standings after the victory over the Natal Rich Boyz and would close the gap at the top of the table to eight points if they beat Royal AM.
