It will become clearer in the coming days whether Sekhukhune United are able to hold on to midfielder Kamohelo Mokotjo by triggering the option on his contract.

Mokotjo has already spent several years in Europe and in the USA during his impressive career, which began at the SuperSport United academy before he joined Feyenoord in the Netherlands when he was only 18.

Mokotjo then joined FC Cincinnati in August 2020, becoming one of the designated players in the Major League Soccer at the time.
