Gabadinho Mhango has a year to run on his contract with Moroka Swallows, but a move away from the Dube Birds has not been completely ruled out at this stage.
Mhango is set to finish the season as Swallows' top scorer and is understood to have attracted interest from a few clubs, but his agent Mike Makaab has made it clear that interested parties would have to pay a transfer fee to secure the services of the Malawian international.

The former Orlando Pirates striker has one more season remaining on his contract with the Dube Birds, who could look at cashing in on the player before he becomes a free agent at the end of June 2025.
SuperSport United were believed to be one of the clubs interested in signing the 31-year-old, especially with Etiosa Ighodaro's loan move from Mamelodi Sundowns coming to an end. However SuperSport denied that link in an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma on Thursday.
Now, agent Makaab provides deeper insight into Mhango's situation.
"They say he is not happy at Swallows and that he is going to leave Swallows. Gaba has never said that. Gaba has another year left on his contract at Swallows. To be honest with you, he is not playing like an unhappy player, is he?" Makaab said to the Siya crew.
"Is there interest? Of course there is interest. There will always be interest, not only from one source, but from a number of football clubs that have enquired. Truth to be told, he is contracted to Moroka Swallows and if a club is interested in his services, they are going to have to pay some form of transfer fee. It's a fact. Let's respect that."

Mhango has bagged eight goals in all competitions this season for the Dube Birds, with one assist. He'll have an opportunity to add to that tally one last time this season when Swallows host Royal AM in their final DStv Premiership match of the campaign at Dobsonville Stadium on Saturday.
