Mamelodi Sundowns are in no rush to make a decision on the future of striker Thabiso Kutumela.
Kutumela is currently on loan to Cape Town City and, Sundowns are expected to compile a report on players who have been sent out on loan this season to see if they can be added to the team next term.
The former Orlando Pirates striker has been a regular feature at City, making 22 appearances in all competitions.
He has, however, not been able to find the back of the net much, netting just once during this period, though he has been playing in different attacking positions.
While Sundowns have not made a decision on whether or not they are going to keep the 30-year-old forward, indications are that City could look into keeping him for next season, especially with the possibility of Khanyisa Mayo leaving the club.
Mayo has attracted the attention of the big guns in the DStv Premiership, as well as some interest from abroad. So, there is a possibility of him leaving and, the Citizens would definitely look into keeping Kutumela beyond the end of this season, if they can come to an agreement with Sundowns.
Sundowns have added more players to their attack since Kutumela went out on loan, so his chances of going back and playing regularly may be slim.
