Kaizer Chiefs might find themselves in a tight spot deciding whether their number one goalkeeper, Fiacre Ntwari will be ready for their next Betway Premiership encounter against Richards Bay on Wednesday, November 27.
The Rwandan international was injured while on international duty against Nigeria, and the club needs to assess him before making a final decision.

Insiders at the club have indicated that team doctors and fitness trainers need to evaluate him and determine whether he can play in a few days time.
The Siya sources are aware that if he can't play this game in Polokwane then Amakhosi would need to assess how long he'd be out for.
"It's still very early now for the club to say what's wrong and how long it will take for him to heal from the injury. First of all the medical team has to ascertain what injury it is, then check how long it will take to heal and rehabilitate. We can't jump the gun right now. So, once they check him and ascertain the injury then they will know what to do next. For now, he has just come back from the national team (of Rwanda) and nothing is certain," the Siya source stated.

A second source stated that while the team is concerned about the injury, they have backup options if Ntwari needs time on the sidelines.
"Of course the injury is not good for the team and the player. But at least the club has two other goalkeepers who could easily jump in and do the job if Ntwari is injured and needs time on the sidelines. And you have to know that to a certain point it will disturb the team's backline as Inacio Miguel is out suspended. That means there has to be two changes for the first time in the league this season. But as I said, the team is not that much worried, as every player at the club is ready to step up and do the job for the team," the second source told Soccer Laduma.
As Chiefs await the medical assessment of Ntwari, the team's ability to adapt and utilize their squad depth will be crucial in the upcoming match against Richards Bay. Fans will be keen to see how the club manages these potential changes, particularly with opportunities that may be given to Bruce Bvuma or Brandon Petersen.
