A striker who recently left Swallows FC has surfaced at GladAfrica Championship side Black Leopards.
The Siya crew has been informed that Black Leopards are close to finalising a deal for striker Daniel Gozar ahead of the 2021/22 season.
Gozar spent just one season with the Dube Birds, after joining them from Free State Stars, and parted ways with the club following a disappointing campaign in the topflight with the Soweto outfit.
The 27-year-old from Ghana scored just one goal in 10 appearances for Swallows last season. The Dube Birds have since added Mwape Musonda, Kelesto Makgalwa and Monnapule Saleng to their striking department since the departure of Gozar.
Another player who is believed to be signing with Leopards ahead of the new campaign is Linda Bhengu.
Leopards, meanwhile, are understood to have released Themba Ndlovu and Tebogo Sodi.
Lidoda Duvha have Morgan Shivambu and Mongezi Bobe will be leading the team in the GladAfrica Championship in the coming season as they look to make a return to topflight football.
Some of their senior players, such as Isaac Masia, Wiseman Maluleke and Lehlogonolo Masalesa, have stayed with the team.
