Billiat is expected to sign with Dynamos FC in Zimbabwe as reported by the Herald on Wednesday.

Should the deal be finalised, the former Zimbabwe international would be among the highest paid players in the league as per the publication.
The 33-year-old's return to competitive football would mean the end of his seven-month wait without a contract since his last deal at Amakhosi expired in June.
While reports in Zimbabwe have suggested that Billiat has been expected to finalise the deal today, sources have hinted that there could be a delay.
"I am in communication with the relevant people in Zimbabwe and from what I have been told the deal could take a little longer than expected," said the source.

"The player hasn't put pen to paper yet, that's what I can tell you. There is interest from the club, yes. But there are a few important details of the deal that still need to be ironed out first before a move could be finalised. From what I understand, he (Billiat) is likely to be on a package less than what he was getting at his previous club, even if he will be one of the highest paid players in the league," the source added.
