The Siya crew has been led to believe that patience is wearing thin at Richards Bay and head coach Brandon Truter may not see out the year if results do not improve.
As previously reported by the Siya crew, Truter risks being axed by the club and the defeat on Wednesday night to Kaizer Chiefs at Peter Mokaba Stadium has placed the former Sekhukhune United coach under even more pressure.

The Natal Rich Boyz have suffered three consecutive defeats and have not won a game since September 15, on the opening weekend of the season when they edged TS Galaxy 1-0 in KZN.
They sit in 13th place on the standings and have played more matches than the two clubs below them, Marumo Gallants and AmaZulu, so this is a major concern for the bosses, the Siya crew has been led to believe.
They have a big match this weekend against KZN rivals AmaZulu at King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium and it's understood that Truter could be shown the door if they are unable to end their winless run in the Betway Premiership.
Along with SuperSport United, Richards Bay are the lowest scoring side in the Premiership with two goals in eight matches. They have suffered more defeats, five, than any other club in the league.

Truter has to make sure his players are motivated for the assignment this weekend or he could find himself having to pack his bags if a positive result is not secured on the day.
Soccer Laduma contacted Richards Bay to comment on the matter but no response was received by the time this report was published.
