Orlando Pirates had signed a number of midfielders during the off season and after seeing how each and every one of them has performed, the Siya crew understands management is making decisions on where they still need to improve.
Siya sources at the club have indicated that Azola Matrose could leave in January with Cape Town City and Chippa United possibly interested in his services.

The source added that the 20-year-old could have moved earlier but he was concentrating on his Matric studies and exams. This is why January is a realistic period for a possible move.
"If it wasn't for his academic commitment I think he could have moved at the start of the season. But he was busy with his Matric and they didn't want to disturb him," said the Siya source.
"But he is facing tough competition in the team which will be hard and difficult for him to play so there are two possible moves. One is Cape Town City and his former team Chippa United.
"But that can only happen in January at the moment," the source told Soccer Laduma.
A second source added that it's not yet clear at this moment whether any move could be on loan or permanent.
"There is tough competition for him from players like Katlego Otladisa, Lesedi Kapinga, Karim Kimvuidi, Relebohile Mofokeng apart from the experienced Thembinkosi Lorch and also Monnapule Saleng to mention but a few," said the second source.
"So, that's the other reason why the move could happen in January. At the moment I can't say whether it's a permanent move or a loan move. But I think it will be a loan move.
"He is still young and he can still fight for a place in the team given a chance after a loan," the source added.
Matrose had joined Pirates from Chippa United in 2021 but spent last season on loan at the Chilli Boys before returning to Bucs during the off season. So far he hasn't played a game for Pirates this season.
Soccer Laduma contacted Pirates for comment but no response was received while this story was prepared.
