Last week, Mogaila appeared before the Tembisa Magistrate's Court and was released on R20 000 bail.

The 29-year-old's court appearance was a result of his involvement in a car accident in Tembisa on the East Rand in Gauteng last Wednesday, which left one child dead, another injured along with a woman.
Having surrendered himself to the police last Wednesday afternoon, the speedy winger later appeared in court and was released on bail, with his next court appearance expected to be on 4 February 2025.
The Ga-Mashashane-born player is facing charges of alleged culpable homicide, reckless and negligent driving, as well as fleeing the scene.
With regards to the player's future at Sekhukhune, it remains to be seen what the club's decision will be, although indications are that he has been a notable absentee from the team's training.
"Although the club hasn't made the decision yet, there could be consequences. The player hasn't been involved in some of the activities. But it is a matter that is being looked at internally," said the source.

In their official statement last week as they were sending condolences to the family of the nine-year-old girl who lost her life in the accident, Sekhukhune said they wouldn't be able to comment further on the Mogaila matter as it was before the court.
Mogaila has been with Sekhukhune since July, having joined the club as a free agent after parting ways with KwaZulu-Natal outfit Royal AM. He has made seven appearances in all competitions so far this season.
