South African rising star Lesedi Steve Alset has been rewarded with a new contract at his Spanish club following a string of impressive performances in Europe.

The club announced on its website that the Pretoria-born midfielder penned a new deal that will keep him at the club until 2027.
"At Juventud Torremolinos CF, we celebrate Lesedi's continued presence and wish him much more success defending our crest," the club said.
The young midfielder revealed he was happy to continue developing with Juventud and praised the team for helping his development as a player.
"I'm very happy to be able to continue growing with a club that has given me a great opportunity," Alset said.

"They've always shown me their trust, and I'm very happy to be able to repay that confidence and continue here with you. On a personal level and, on the pitch, I've matured a lot since I arrived in Torremolinos," the South African added.
