The latest FIFA registration ban database depicts that the KwaZulu-Natal outfit has concurrent running bans for three transfer windows, which is effective from the 15th of January 2024.
The latest of the club's legal woes is regarding Ricardo Nascimento, who took the club to FIFA regarding outstanding salaries, as well as a payment for the club's decision not to exercise the option on his contract.
FIFA ruled in favour of the Brazilian and ordered Royal AM to pay the outstanding amounts to the player, a decision they have subsequently appealed through the Court or Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
This legal situation is in addition to the unfair dismissal case regarding Samir Nurkovic, who is believed to be owed a sum of around R12 million by the club.
Now, in a statement, Royal AM have lifted the lid on both cases, revealing that they are in the process of having their transfer ban lifted in the near future as they look for amicable resolutions with both players.
