The details for the semi-finals of this year's MTN8 competition have been confirmed by the Premier Soccer League.
Following Mamelodi Sundowns' victory over Polokwane City in the quarter-finals on Sunday, the draw for the semis was conducted where it was revealed that the Brazilians will play Stellenbosch in a two-legged fixture following the Cape Winelands' outfit's victory over TS Galaxy last week.

Defending champions Orlando Pirates will play Cape Town City in the other two-legged fixture following their wins against SuperSport United and Sekhukhune United respectively.
Today, the PSL released a statement confirming the details of the fixtures.
"The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has confirmed the dates, venues, and kick-off times for the upcoming MTN8 semi-final fixtures. Cape Town City will be at home to Orlando Pirates in the first leg of their clash on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 at DHL Stadium, with kick-off at 19h00. The second leg fixture will be held at Orlando Stadium on Saturday, 31 August 2024. Kick-off is at 15h00," confirmed the PSL in a statement.

"In the other semi-final bracket, Mamelodi Sundowns will face Stellenbosch FC in their first leg at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Wednesday, 28 August 2024, with kick-off at 19h00. The return leg is scheduled for Sunday, 01 September 2024 at Moses Mabhida Stadium, kicking off at 15h00," the league confirmed.
