The Amakhosi got to the final after overcoming Wydad Casablanca in the semi-finals, which included claiming a memorable 1-0 win at the Stade Mohamed V in the first leg.
Chiefs will come up against an Al Ahly side looking to make to it back-to-back Champions League titles while also aiming to claim their 10th title overall.
Mosimane's charges had to overcome Esperance in the previous round and also eliminated Mamelodi Sundowns in the quarter-finals back in May.
The two sides are meeting for the first time since the CAF Super Cup clash in 2002, where Al Ahly walked 4-1 winners in Cairo that night.
