Romain Folz, one of Manqoba Mngqithi's assistants at Mamelodi Sundowns was a notable absentee in the most recent game, and the Siya crew has been notified of his whereabouts.
As the Brazilians drew 0-0 against AS Maniema Union from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the CAF Champions League group stages, Folz was not present on the bench to assist in the technical team as he was attending a coaching course, as Siya sources close to the Chloorkop outfit revealed.

Before joining Sundowns, the tactician was working at FIFA's High-Performance department, with former Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger being one of his colleagues there.
"Romain (Folz) is out of the country as I am talking to you. He is still part of Sundowns, but he went to attend a coaching course," said the source.

"He is out in Mauritania for his CAF A License. Remember he is a French-Moroccan so he qualifies to do the CAF licence. He is going to add that to the UEFA Pro License that he has already. He is going to be the only coach I know with those qualifications in the PSL. That's why he wasn't in the CAF Champions League match. He won't be there in the next match as well against Sekhukhune United at Loftus (Versfeld Stadium) on Saturday," the source said.
