Siya Sources have indicated that Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Sabelo Radebe was quietly released from his loan at Richards Bay as far back as January, despite the move only being made public recently.

Radebe, 25, had joined the KwaZulu-Natal side at the start of the season in search of regular game time, but the stint failed to yield the expected results for both the player and the club.
He made just three appearances across all competitions for the Natal Rich Boyz.
Back in January, Soccer Laduma reported that Richards Bay were considering terminating the loan early, though that claim was publicly denied at the time by club chairman Jomo Biyela.
However, new information from independent sources stated that Radebe’s loan spell was concluded at the end of that month.
Despite the underwhelming loan experience, Radebe remains on the books at Chiefs and is contracted to the Soweto giants until June 2026. A product of the club's development structures, he will now look to revive his prospects in the gold and black.
