Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the appointment of Cedric Kaze as the club's new assistant coach, as first reported by the Siya crew.
This strategic addition to coach Nasreddine Nabi's technical team aims to bolster the club's performance and aspirations for the season.
It was on September 16 when the Siya crew first reported that Chiefs were planning to bring the Burundian coach in to fill the gap left by the departed Fernando Da Cruz.
Kaze was part of Nabi's backroom staff as an assistant at Young Africans in Tanzania when they won numerous trophies and achieved notable success.

"Coach Cedric has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the game throughout his coaching career. His familiarity with coach Nabi's methods and their proven partnership will be invaluable as we aim for excellence on the pitch," Kaizer Chiefs Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jr told the club's media department.
The 45-year-old boasts an impressive CV, which includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Science, a CAF A license, and an A license from the German Football Federation.
