The story
Adnan Beganovic revealed how he was left in awe by the supporters of Kaizer Chiefs when he first arrived in South Africa to assist Sead Ramovic.
The 42-year-old sat down for a chat with Radio 2000's Thabiso Mosia and in a clip shared by the latter, Beganovic was asked to explain how the club was able to lure in-form striker Dženan Zajmovic to The Rockets.
He explained how the club sold the project to Zajmovic by telling him about South Africa's World Cup stadiums and giving him a blueprint of how he can succeed in the PSL.
Beganovic mentioned how the player viewed footage of supporters from the big three, Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, before elaborating about what makes the Khosi Nation so special.
"He checked everything, he watched Chiefs, Pirates and Sundowns supporters, it's the three best clubs in the country. If I have to be honest, Chiefs have the best supporters," he said.
"I was lucky to see my first game at the Mbombela Stadium against Chiefs. When I came, I had to sit on the stands because I didn't have the papers to be on the bench. Then I saw that there were around 40 000 people, at least 35 000 supported Chiefs.
"I thought, 'What is wrong? Who is this team? How is this possible, we're playing at home... I couldn't figure it out. Then, I started reading up about Chiefs, the club's history, it's a big club. One of the biggest clubs, not only in South Africa but in Africa. I like the club," he added on Radio 2000.

After guiding TS Galaxy from the relegation zone to a top-four spot in the Betway Premiership, the Bosnian coach has quickly emerged as one of the PSL's most astute tacticians.
The Rockets have been on an impressive run under Beganovic, who took over from CR Belouizdad head coach, Ramovic earlier this season.
Their outstanding form, highlighted by an 11-match unbeaten streak, has propelled them from the bottom of the table to fourth place, with seven games remaining in the season.
