The story
Mzansi's number one sports superfan, Mama Joy, took to social media on Sunday to reveal that she is engaged to her French boyfriend, Nicolas 'Papa Joy' Pitaud.
Mama Joy enjoyed sports-filled weekend with a touch of romance after attending Bafana Bafana's 2-2 draw against Uganda at the Orlando Stadium on Friday and headed to the DHL Stadium for the Springboks vs All Blacks Rugby Championship game.
The Royal AM supporter and her partner enjoyed more than just a historic win for the Springboks, they headed for what looked to be a date at the Cape of Good Hope, where Pitaud went down on one knee to propose to Mama Joy.
The engagement comes a few months after Mama Joy's romantic trip to France to visit her partner's family, where she had the opportunity to watch the Paris Olympic Games.
