The story
The Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper made history at the CAF Awards on Monday by winning both the Goalkeeper of the Year and Interclub Player of the Year awards.
The 32-year-old shot-stopper was the only player to claim two awards during the prestigious ceremony in Marrakech, Morocco.
Williams not only stood out for his two awards, but also for dazzling the red carpet with his all-black suite with an edge. 'Ronza' rocked a blazer patterned with what appears to be gleaming white beads.
After the awards ceremony, Williams was showered with love from a number attendees, ranging from Senegalese legend El Hadji Diouf and the newly crowned African Player of the Year, Ademola Lookman.
Williams' former coach at Masandawana, Mokwena was also on hand to congratulate him for his career-defining achievements.
