The story
Olwethu Makhanya and Bradley Carnell were pictured with Gift Links in Spain following Philadelphia Union's friendly match against Danish club, Aarhus GF.
Philadelphia Union are currently on a pre-season training camp in Marbella, Spain, while Links' Aarhus concluded their mid-season friendly fixtures on a positive note.
Carnell has provided Makhanya with significant playing time in friendlies against Slavia Prague and Aarhus GF, raising hopes on the chances of the former Stellies defender securing a spot in the first team for the upcoming MLS season.
Meanwhile, Links will hope that his club's mid-season friendlies in Spain Marbella will hold them in good stead as they approach the second half of the Danish SuperLiga season.
The Rustenburg-born versatile baller already has four goals and three assists in all competitions for Aarhus this season and will hope to break into Hugo Broos' Bafana Bafana set-up sooner rather than later.
