The story
May Mahlangu, who has played his football in Sweden, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Belgium, and Turkey, sat down with Robert Marawa on his Marawa Sports Worldwide show.
The Bafana Bafana international (19 caps) is back home in Mpumalanga and has been without a team since leaving FK Aksu in Kazakhstan two years ago.
The 35-year-old midfielder told Marawa that he's stepping away from the game just yet, despite being in the twilight years of what's been a nomadic career, that's seen him live out his dream of playing football in Europe.
When asked if he's officially retired, Mahlangu answered: "I haven't said so. I'm still available. There's lot that is still happening, when I started playing my dream was to play in Europe.
"It's any players dream to play in Europe. Also, coming back home, I've thought about maybe availing myself to local teams, to play here in South Africa. But, there's a lot of things that I question," said Mahlangu.

This goal by May Mahlangu at the 2013 AFCON will always remain one of my favourites.
Stadiums were always full during these games the atmosphere was amazing.
Enjoyed watching this Bafana young team under coach Igesund.

Despite being linked with Cape Town Spurs last year — the former Ludogorets, FC Dinamo Bucharest, Helsingborgs IF midfielder says he's yet to be approached by any PSL clubs since returning to South Africa.
"I haven't received any offers from here at home. My wish is to receive an offer abroad, especially Helsingborgs if that's possible. If not? Then any offer that comes, you open your hands and you take it, because it's football at the end of the day.
"My wish and goal is to go back to Europe," says Mahlangu, who revealed that English football legend, Michael Owen's goalscoring exploits and the football culture in Europe inspired him to seek a career outside of Mzansi.

Fina fina May ?? #IFKGBG pic.twitter.com/K0epnpHhJD
