Maponyane's trip to Spain for LaLiga
The LaLiga 2023/24 season got underway over the weekend and Maps Maponyane was lucky enough to experience the Spanish top flight's in person after watching Villareal.
Maps earned some pitch-side status to watch the Yellow Submarine's first home match of the season, as they took on Real Betis at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Sunday.
Villarreal may have lost the encounter 2-1 but Maps still created memories that will last him a lifetime.

As the youngest son on Kaizer Chiefs legend Marks Maponyane, Maps is quite decent in football and took part in a passing challenge with Villarreal stars Ben Brereton Diaz and Alexander Sørloth.

There's more to Maps' trip than being in Eastern Spain with Villarreal. He got to visit sunny Valencia, visiting the city's best tourist destinations like the ancient building, Torres de Serranos and the marina.
