The Urban Warriors players and staff headed to One Flow Cape Town in Greenpoint, to undergo a full Yoga and recovery session. The players got a full wellness experience with ice baths, red light therapy, a sauna session.
"It's such a great team with such a great community, you can see they all support one another, no matter what they're doing. When they're on the field, or when they're doing something social or something completely out of their comfort zone," noted Spurs' Yoga instructor on the day, Jaenae in a video shared by the club.
Captain Asanele Velebayi added: "It was unexpected, it was a great experience. It like out of this world. The recovery, the body feels ready to go again. So, it was nice man, enjoyable."
