The Bafana Bafana defender has expressed his desire to win today's match and to start their CAF Champions League campaign on a high note, but also thinks he and his teammates can learn a lot from their venture into continental football.

"Playing in Africa is very important to the team and the encounter as well," he told the Siya crew.

"We learn a lot when we play in Africa and we want to go further in the tournament so that we can learn a lot."
