The two players, who have been on the sidelines owing to injuries, have been training with their teammates and playing friendly games, after recovering from the setbacks.
Mhlongo has been out of competitive football action since August.
The shot-stopper underwent a knee operation in mid-August after injuring his knee in the first Absa Premiership game of the season for the side against SuperSport United.
Myeni injured his leg in the game against Wits four weeks ago. News reaching the Siya crew is that both players are available for selection, as Pirates have been finalising their preparations for the CAF Confederation Cup first leg final against Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia this weekend.
With Mhlongo having been out for a long time, the technical team is expected to choose Felipe Ovono to start ahead of him in the game at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday.
The Buccaneers are also expecting the return of players that have been on international duty with their respective national teams.
