The Buccaneers arrived in South Africa from Tunisia this morning, following their CAF Confederation Cup final on the weekend.
Although they lost 2-1 on aggregate in their two-legged final against Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel, some of the team's passionate fans still went to the airport to show their appreciation on the impressive campaign by Eric Tinkler and the side.
Unlike after their loss against Al Ahly in the final of the CAF Champions League in 2013, where there were thousands of fans welcoming the team on their return from Egypt, the number of fans at the airport reduced this time around.
Next on their schedule, Bucs will be preparing for the game against Mamelodi Sundowns in the Absa Premiership.
Any result less than a win will not be good enough for Pirates in their quest to move up the PSL log.
