Bidvest Wits' Portuguese striker, Joaquim Lupeta, believes that he can do the team proud against LightStars FC in the CAF Confederation Cup this weekend.

The 22-year-old forward is one of the 30 players that have been registered for CAF competition by the Clever Boys this year, and he is hoping to help them put on a show in the Seychelles this weekend.
Speaking to the club's official website ahead of the game, 'Jucie' said he is eager to score his first goal in African continental football.
The striker said, "We train and work hard every day, and I feel blessed that I have been given the opportunity to take part in the Confederation Cup.
"Scoring in CAF would give me the ultimate confidence boost… Scoring in the MDC has helped me believe that I can score goals and I will make my team proud. We will play for a win of course, coach has selected a good squad to play against LightStars. The best starting XI will play and bring the victory home."
Wits left South Africa at 14h00 today to embark on an eight-hour long trip to the island of Praslin where their game will take place this weekend.
