The Buccaneers face a tough task when they travel to Etoile du Sahel in the second leg of the Confederation Cup final.
Pirates let a one goal lead slip, allowing the Tunisians to grab an equaliser and take the advantage of an away goal into the second leg of the tie.
Tinkler will have to rally his troops for one last push and has indicated that his side have done their homework on their opponents but should also focus on their qualities that has got them this far in the competition.
"Look, we have to make our players aware of the opposition's strength and weaknesses but primarily focus on ourselves," the Buccaneers mentor told Soccer Laduma.
"Where our strengths are and how well we did to get here, because it wasn't by luck or anything like that. It's because we deserve to be here! Now we need to go out there and finish the job."
