The Catalan giants have experienced massive success over the years, and some of the world's greatest players have donned the famous Blaugrana shirt.
One of the most successful eras in the club's history is the one players such as Andres Iniesta and Lionel Messi are currently experiencing.
Both players currently hold the record for lifting the most trophies in club history, with 30 each, and as a consequence, they made Bleacher Report's Greatest Barca XI.
Other players who were part of this successful generation are Xavi Hernandez and Carles Puyol as well as Dani Alves, although all three of them left the club in recent years.
Many believe Ronaldinho is one of the most gifted players to ever have run out for the club, and he is one of the very few Barcelona stars to have received a standing ovation from Real Madrid fans in an El Clasico after scoring a brace at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2015.
Johan Cruyff joined the club for a then record fee of $2 million in 1973, and helped Barca lift their first La Liga title in 14 years. The team that finally lifted the league trophy again is often also referred to as the "Cruyff Team" and although he only won two titles at the Camp Nou, his inclusion the Greatest XI will not be a surprise for most.
